Exchanges and returns are accepted provided the items have met our terms and conditions:
- Exchanges and return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same product of different colour or size. If you would like to exchange for a different product, you will need to return your original item and repurchase the new product.
- Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging & tags intact.
- Returned item(s) must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have no signs of visible wear or tear.
- All sale items are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return item does not pass our terms and conditions, a refund may not be processed and the customer will be contacted to the item will be sent back to you at a re-delivery fee of $3.50, to be borne by the customer
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Angus Wears reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with the above terms.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for the same product of different size or color. Kindly ensure the exchanged item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 280 Woodlands Industrial Park E5 #07-32 (Block 1) Singapore 757322. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
